South Africa

Another country that we have researched is South Africa. South Africa's climate conditions differ greatly depending on where you are, but most of the country has warm, sunny days and cool nights. During the summer is the rainy season,(November through March), although in the southwest the rainy season is during the winter, (June through August). Modern human beings have inhabited South Africa for more than 100,000 years. At the time of European contact, its indigenous peoples reflected migrations from other parts of Africa, where new tribes had become dominant. South Africa is well known for its cultural and ethnic diversity. Although the majority of the population is black, they have many other ethnic groups as well. About 9.2% of South Africa is white, 79.5% is Black African, 8.9% is Colored, and Indian or Asian at 2.5%. If you ever decide to go to South Africa make sure that you keep all valuables close by and well hidden so that no one can steal them. Never leave valuables in the car because there have been many reports of thieves breaking into a car and stealing anything of high value.
